- On May 11, 2025, a woman was bitten by an otter near Jiak Kim Bridge in Robertson Quay. NParks has cordoned off the area and, along with the Otter Working Group, is monitoring the otters and mitigating human-animal conflicts, advising the public to maintain a safe distance.
